For our devolpment team we are looking for a Relationship Manager for 32 hours a week.
At Aidsfonds - Soa Aids Nederland, we strive for a world where there are no longer any deaths from AIDS and where people enjoy good sexual health. A world in which everyone can love freely and without fear. We do this by working together with the people who are hit hardest by HIV, STIs, discrimination and exclusion. The Development team is an integral part of the organisation and plays a key role in securing long-term financial stability and growth. The team is self-steering and now consists of three people responsible for Business Development, Major Giving, and Institutional Fundraising, reporting directly to the Manager Marketing & Communications. The Business Development lead is responsible for identifying and pursuing new opportunities for growth, including exploring new and innovative models, and increasing scale and sustainability. The Major Giving Lead is responsible for cultivating relationships with high-net-worth individuals, foundations, and corporations to secure donations. The Institutional Fundraising lead is responsible for securing grants from government agencies, non-profits or other organisations that can provide significant funding for specific programmes.

The Relationship manager will help increase partnerships, networks, and new business opportunities to ensure a future proof and adequately resourced organisation. The Relationship manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying potential partners and donors, and developing customised strategies and policies to engage them effectively. This also includes writing compelling propositions, proposals and other outreach documents. The Relationship manager will provide technical support and advice to colleagues as part of our organisational focus on strengthening our fundraising culture. The Relationship manager will report to the Manager Marketing & Communications.
